- Roast an onion and make a paste. Use this on the cracks on your feet. The cracks will disappear in a short time.
- After a bath, massage the feet with a few drops of mustard oil for five minutes. Pour two mugs of water over them. A daily treatment will keep the feet soft.
- For a quick pedicure, add a few drops of line to 3/4 cup of curd and rub this mixture on the feet, ankles and heels and between the toes. After 10 minutes, wash off with warm water. This removes dead tissue and skin becomes softer.
- Apply a paste made of two table spoons of heated mustard oil and 15 grams wax. This paste becomes like a cream which you can apply in the morning after a bath and at night before going to bed.

- Apply sour curds to your scalp and leave it for 30 minutes. Then use a regular shampoo, and voila-your hair is healthy and clean.
- Another simple tip would be to oil ( warm coconut oil is good) your hair and leave it overnight.
- Mix salt in a little lemon juice and apply on your scalp. Wash it off after an hour.
- Boil oatmeal and massage into scalp comb after 10 minutes and shampoo after 15 minutes. Repeat this once a week.
